“This house is perfectly located in center of wall city, walking distance to chick restaurant, bars, and shopping areas, decoration is just beautiful, internet works all the time, super clean as well. Nicolas is always available to help and support with any question we may have, he took the time to visit us so it was nice to meet in person after so many conversations online. The house counts with maid "Gloria" and Luis; who constantly took care of our group making our holidays relax as if we were at home. Also he assisted us with a driver "Luis #2" who is very professional and willing to assist us as needed. We will never forget this beautiful trip to Cartagena and I am happy my friends who are International had a beautiful experience and now they can tell how wonderful is Cartagena and their people! I hope I can go back in future to this same house.”

“Cartagena is amazing and Casa Monico did not disappoint. The house location was excellent. We had 3 guys in our group. The pool was nice for swimming and cooling off. Nicholas's team all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Food and alcohol all stocked before we arrived. Nico and his team helped with everything from A-Z and made a very very memorable trip for me and my friends. “We Stayed at Nicolas's House in Cartagena walled city casa Monaco with a group of 6 Bachelors. I cant say enough about the experience. This was by far the best last minute choice we made in changing our accommodations from a different listing which had come up with new house rules last minute 2 week before our departure. Nicolas and his partner Brianna are in all aspects professional, attentive and very thoughtful. They helped us arranged every part of our vacation in Cartagena . The house is magical . it is decorated tastefully and had everything we needed for our stay. Gloria the housemaid is sweet heart , she cooked all our breakfasts and at least one meal throughout the day, her food is tasty with a local Colombian touch . Her presence made the house very homey and comfortable. She was very attentive at the same time as being respectful to our privacy. Brianna and Nicholas helped us arranged every event and activity and even speculated on what we might want to do ahead of time and made the necessary arrangement before we ask them. we couldn't ask for a better house for our stay in Cartagena.”

“Staying at Nicolas' was fantastic. The shared space was gorgeous (pool, dining area, couches) and the bedrooms were also as advertised. Central location. Amazing recommendations and great communication throughout - before our stay, Nicolas made a group for me, the staff in the house, and him and his team. At any time we wanted, we could text the group to make arrangements for dinner, tours, etc. The best part about the house, though, was the hospitality - Luis and Gloria are fantastic, and made sure we had an incredible stay. We even had a birthday party with 30 people for a friend one night, and every detail was taken care of from catering to cake to cleanup. Very grateful for a wonderful stay! Thank you!!”

“Great house for a trip to Cartagena, perfect location, nice amenities, great service by Gloria, the lady that takes care of you with great breakfast, and keeps the house clean. Nicolas is a great host as well. They were very quick in responding when we needed some recommendations about places to go. They even went the extra yard when they solved with our airline when our luggage was going to arrive (since we got it in a different plane), they really make sure we had a great vacation, and would definitely stay again in this house in my next trip to Cartagena, which I hope is soon since the city and Colombia, in general, are just awesome.”
